Lighting & Alarm Controller was designed to allow a totally integrated workshop/garage. One push of a button secures the premises both physically, by lowering the shutter and electronically, by setting the alarm and turning off the lights. The Hardware contains the following feature set.

• Designed for Workshop & Garage use.
• Hardware integrates with alarm system, roller shutter & internal lighting.
• Upon fob activation to raise shutter alarm un-sets and lights turn on.
• Upon fob activation to lower shutter alarm sets and lights turn off.
• Controller is smart and aware of the status of all integrated items.
• If the roller shutter is "jacked" the controller will cause an immediate alarm.
• If the alarm is triggered the controller will request unset by code only.
